• You must provide your correct name, mobile number, and date of birth when registering. This information will need to match your National ID during the verification process.
• Only one account can be registered per mobile number.
• Multiple accounts from the same household are permitted, provided each account is in a different person's name and no shared payment account is used.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before your first withdrawal — please upload a clear photo of your National ID or passport.
• Dd66 may request additional verification documents at any time as part of its fraud prevention measures.

• In football: certain markets may be voided if 90 minutes are not completed — however, markets based on half-time results remain valid.
• In-play betting odds change from moment to moment. The odds at the time your bet is confirmed are the ones that apply.
• Dd66 reserves the right to correct any technical errors found in scores or results.

Dd66 may temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account for any of the following reasons.

• Registering with false information or submitting fraudulent documents during KYC verification.
• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Bonus abuse — particularly attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Placing automated bets using betting software or bots.
• Participating in match manipulation or displaying unusual betting patterns.
• Suspected money laundering or any other illegal activity.

If an account is suspended, the member will be notified by email or mobile and given the opportunity to appeal. If a genuine error is found, the account will be reinstated following investigation.

Members can close their account at any time — simply contact support and the account will be closed within 48 hours.

Dd66 firmly believes that betting is a form of entertainment — not a livelihood or a solution to financial difficulties.

• Deposit Limit: Any member can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Limits take effect immediately once set.
• Self-Exclusion: If you feel you're losing control, you can exclude yourself from the platform for a set period — from 1 week to permanently.
• Cooling-Off Period: You can take a break for 24 hours or 7 days. During this period, deposits and betting will not be available.
